Health Benefits - available for full time employees (30+ hours per week).

Retirement Savings Plans
  • 401(k) Matching Contribution Plan – Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Matching Contribution Plan after 3 months of service. Eligible employees can make pre-tax contributions to the 401(k) account. The company matches these contributions dollar for dollar up to 6%. You are immediately vested in these contributions.
  • 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan – Town Pump contributes 3% of your annual compensation into a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan. Employees must complete one year, work 1,000 hours and be employed on December 31st of that year to be eligible for that contribution. Profit Sharing Plan Dollars are available to you on a vesting schedule. You become fully vested in the Profit Sharing Plan after six years of employment. The vesting schedule is:
    • After 1 year 0%
    • After 2 years 20%
    • After 3 years 40%
    • After 4 years 60%
    • After 5 years 80%
    • After 6 years 100%
Paid Vacation
  • Paid vacation hours are based on hours actually worked and years with the company. Employees are granted 20 hours of vacation time after completing six (6) months of service with the company. Employees accrue vacation benefits according to the following schedule:

Sick Pay
  • All location managers and corporate office personnel receive 8 days per year of paid sick or personal emergency leave.
Holiday Premium Pay
  • Town Pump observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. All non-exempt employees who work on the holiday’s regular business day will receive holiday pay at the rate of one and a half (1.5) times their regular pay for hours actually worked on the holiday.
Education Assistance
  • Tuition Reimbursement - Eligible employees may be reimbursed for the cost of tuition and books for business related courses at any accredited educational institution including colleges, vocational programs, adult education classes, etc. One course per semester with a maximum of three courses per year.
  • Full Tuition Grant - Covers all tuition, course materials (textbooks), technology fees, prior learning assessment fees, and graduation fees. Essentially, tuition and all associated fees are WAIVED by Ashford University after the payment of your Town Pump Tuition Reimbursement. Students can utilize the Full Tuition Grant for Associates, Bachelors and Masters level programs
  • Town Pump Scholarship Program – Scholarships are available for employees and their children and grandchildren through the Town Pump Charitable Foundation.
Employee Assistance Program
  • A 24 hour and 7 days per week confidential and free counseling service provided to all employees and their families to help deal with a wide variety of personal, family, or work related issues. The program addresses issues such as stress, grief, marriage, parenting, finances, drug and alcohol problems, or other personal issues. Financial counseling and legal referral services are also available.
National Discount Program
  • All employees are eligible for a variety of discounts ranging from dining, fast food, groceries, theme parks, Redbox, and travel through Access Perks.Employees also receive a 12% billing discount through Verizon Wireless.
